Welcome Home Shop is  the online extension of an inviting little brick & mortar store called Welcome Home in Nashville, TN. We opened our East Nashville retail shop in the fall of 2013 to bring our playful mix of home goods, art, gifts and personal accessories to our friends and neighbors.

We're delighted that you've found us here, and if you're ever in the neighborhood we'd love to see you in person...

We're open Tues - Sat 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11 - 4 CST.

In case you're wondering, here are some of our general policies:

 

Returns, refunds & exchanges:

Please review your order carefully. If you have any questions please call the shop (615.750.3354) during business hours or email us at welcomehome.nashville@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

Returns that are postmarked back to us within 7 days of receipt of purchase are eligible for a refund.*

Returns that are postmarked back to us within 7 to 21 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only.

Starting after 21 days of receipt of purchase the sale is considered final.

*Returned items must be received in their original condition to qualify for a refund or store credit. All packaging, branding, or tags must be intact and candle wicks must be unburned.  Items that are returned broken or otherwise not intact will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes any damage that may occur in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to correctly package items so they arrive safely.  If you have concerns about shipping fragile items, you can refer to UPS guidelines for preparing a package, and additionally, you can insure your package against loss or damage.

Any items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, sale items and body products. No exceptions will be made.

Please include the Returns Form that arrived with your order in your return.  If you do not have the form please email welcomehome.nashville@gmail.com and we will send you a copy.

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of the items you’ve purchased. If you have questions or concerns about the fees please don’t  hesitate to ask! You can call the shop to inquire about these issues Tues – Fri  from 10am to 5pm CST or send us an email and we’ll get back to you asap.

We are a small shop striving to carefully and accurately pack each order we ship out. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed, packed & shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will send you tracking information when your package is on its way. If you need a rush delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.

Orders shipped within the state of Tennessee will be charged TN sales tax.

We currently only offer shipping within the US.
