This casarecce (sometimes also known as caserecce) is originally from Sicily, and its name means “homemade,” as cooks used to make its curved shape by rolling the dough around a thin wooden rod. Our Giadzy gluten-free casarecce is made with all-natural ingredients using the same traditional artisan methods as our wheat-based pasta. Its perfect al dente texture and rich flavor make it the only gluten-free pasta that’s good enough to be Giadzy.
Our gluten-free pasta is made with simple ingredients in the Alpine peaks of northern Italy’s Alto Adige region, where alternative grains are a way of life.
